Private individuals can also make an application for a project, as can organisations, institutions and foundations!
The questionnaire below supports your request for a donation. It is limited to the facts Abri voor Dieren needs to process your application.
Complete the questionnaire below. When you reach the end of the questionnaire you can select ‘Submit directly’ or ‘Create PDF’.  Select ‘Create PDF’ if you still wish to discuss the application with others. The PDF will be saved to your computer and NOT sent to Abri voor Dieren. If you select ‘Send directly’, some buttons will be displayed at the bottom of the form which you can use to attach the necessary document (s).
Select ‘Submit’ at the very end of the questionnaire.

Email to projecten@abrivoordieren.org and attach the PDF and documents below if applicable or available:
• copy of your Chamber of Commerce registration;
• copy of your current articles of association;
• recent annual report, incl. balance sheet, profit and loss account.

Next Board meeting: 09 Mai 2022. Your application must have been received by: 01 Mai 2022.
Applications received after this date will automatically be carried over to the next Board meeting.
